We’ll even take it a step further — the proceeds from the purchase of your warm baked potato, with all the toppings you could want, will help support some stellar athletes and their families.
There are two ways to get your delicious philanthropic potatoes — at the Holiday Inn Fargo with this year’s benefitting nonprofit, HOPE, Inc., or picking up your order to go.
Whichever way you bake, slice or top it, your lunch plans are covered at the 2023 RDO Caters Taters for Charity.
Lunch Plans Solved
You know what they say, the early bird gets the worm. Or, in this case, gets the tater.
The first step is to decide when you’d like to pick up your order. Time slots for Take Out orders run every 15 minutes from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. It all depends on how long you can hold out before the baked potato craze overwhelms you.
Then, gather your colleagues and pour over the delicious topping options for your pound-tato lunch. A full gamut of tasty toppers are available — ranging from the classic butter and sour cream duo to zesty chili and bacon. Anything goes when it comes to these taters. And don’t forget to add your name to the order. You wouldn’t want Jim to get your masterpiece, would you?
Once you’ve decided what’s to sit atop your spectacular spud, the rest is easy. You’ll choose your beverage from the variety of Pepsi products available and hit “add to cart.”
After everyone has placed their order, review the pre-check summary. All that’s left is to add your payment, submit your order and wait for your time to pick up your potatoes.

The real fun begins when it’s time to pick up your take out order.
After arriving at the Holiday Inn Fargo (3803 13th Ave S.), hungry Take Out customers are directed to Harvest Hall, where all the magic happens. Approach the Check-in table and give the volunteers the name of the superstar associated with your order. RDO team members have worked diligently behind the scenes to lovingly prepare and pack your lunch and triple-check for quality — all to ensure you get your pound-tato exactly the way you like it.
The final step? Return to your office a hero. You deserve it.

Pre-order your Take Out potato now through November 17. Every dollar raised will directly benefit HOPE, Inc. This Fargo-Moorhead nonprofit provides sports and recreational programming and equipment for individuals with mobility challenges and their families.
