It takes nearly 200 volunteers to pull off our potato luncheon each year. Many of the volunteers are RDO Equipment Co. and R.D. Offutt Company employees; however, we have also enjoyed volunteer participation many organizations and businesses from the community.

What does volunteering at our event involve? The week before the event, we wash and wrap the potatoes for baking and do all the prep work for Take Out orders. On the day of the event, volunteers perform any number of tasks, including helping with set up and decorating, selling tickets at the door, seating customers, clearing tables, serving lunch to our Dine In guests and filling Take Out orders.
